How it’s done

Flyer starts by hanging straight and, in the front of the swing, they lift their legs and hook their knees over the bar. At the back of the swing, they release their hands and arch back. Variation: Backflip The flyer holds this until they are back at the back of the swing. Then, the flyer grabs the bar again. At the front of the swing, the flyer brings their legs back down and holds their legs behind them. As the swing starts to move forward, they do a quick series of kicks (front, back, front) and on the last front, they tuck and grab their knees to execute a back flip.
