Jump from the platform. At the front of the swing, lift your feet forward to perform a straight inversion, using your feet against the cables of the trapeze bar to control and balance yourself. You want to be straight and upside down, with your legs straight and apart, and the outside of your feet against the inside of the cables. As you reach the back of the swing, slightly arch your back and look back.
