How it’s done

Hanging straight, at the front of the swing, the flyer lifts their legs to pass their feet under the bar and hook their knees on the bar. At the back end of the swing, the flyer reaches up with their hands to grab the cables, keeping their knees on the bar. At the front end of the swing, the flyer puts pressure on their thighs on the bar and pulls up on the cables to come to sitting on the bar. At the back of the swing, the flyer sits up, grabs the cables by their ears, and bends their knees at 90 degrees. At the front of the swing, the flyer pushes on the bar with their thighs and pushes themselves forward while straightening out and presenting for the catch.
