How it’s done
With a reverse grip, the flyer takes off and does a turnaround. On the backswing, near the board, the flyer lifts their legs and locks them on the bar with their toes. At bottom, the flyer breaks and drives up into a handstand on the bar. At peak, the flyer lets go and does a cat twist, pointing their toes towards the sky/ceiling, and presents facing the catcher.
