7. Directory Listings
7.1 Accuracy
Users who create directory listings are solely responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date. All new listings are subject to review and approval by CircusConnect administrators before they are published on the Site. While we review listings as part of this process, CircusConnect does not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of any listing after it has been approved, and users remain responsible for keeping their information current.
7.2 No Endorsement
The presence of any individual, business, or organization in the CircusConnect directory does not constitute an endorsement by CircusConnect.
8. Physical Activity and Safety Warning
IMPORTANT: Circus arts, acrobatics, aerial performance, and related physical activities involve significant risk of serious injury or death. CircusConnect is an informational directory and community platform only. We do not provide training, instruction, supervision, or safety guidance.
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Any physical activities, techniques, tricks, stunts, or skills you may learn about through content, profiles, videos, or listings on the Site are attempted entirely at your own risk.
- CircusConnect is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, any injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm arising from your decision to attempt any physical activity referenced or depicted on the Site.
- Circus and acrobatic activities should only be practiced under the supervision of qualified, trained professionals in a safe and appropriate environment with proper safety equipment.
- Content posted by users on the Site is not a substitute for professional instruction. CircusConnect makes no representation that any technique or activity described on the Site is safe, appropriate, or suitable for any individual.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CircusConnect from any claims arising out of physical activities you undertake based on information found on the Site.
