Flying TrapezeUprises and Pullovers

Pullover Pump Shoot

Beginner17 views · 14 days

How it’s done

Hanging straight, at the front of the swing, the flyer brings their legs and hips up until their legs pass between the cables and their hips are on the bar. The flyer then rotates their hands and wrists back on the bar (like revving a motorcycle) and sits their upper body up, pushing their toes down towards the net and locking out their arms to complete the pullover to the uprise position above the bar. Halfway up from bottom on the front swing, the flyer bends their arms and legs to "pump" then straightens both and pushes off the bar to "shoot" up and over the bar, putting their arms in front of them, looking up to the catch trap, and staying tight to present for the catch.
