How it’s done
The flyer first gets into a pike/whip on the back end of the swing (either with swing or two position). Then, 3/4 up from bottom, the flyer pushes their hips forward and straightens their body, letting their arms stretch behind them while still holding the bar to skin the cat. The flyer holds their legs shoulder width and flexes their feet in preparation for a legs catch. The flyer pushes their hips forward to lengthen their body at catch point and releases their hands when the catcher has their legs.
