How it’s done
Inspired by duo trapeze (and used in duo swinging trapeze), the flyer jumps from the board and stays straight. At the front of the swing, they separate their legs shoulder width, flex their feet, and when the catcher grabs their legs, release the bar. In the apron, the flyer arches a little then, at halfway up from bottom of the catcher swing, the flyer sits up and presents their hands to the catcher. The catcher throws the flyer's legs behind them and grabs the flyer's hands. The flyer inverts into a pike in the apron and waits. Just before peak at the back swing, the flyer starts to open, putting their heels near the catcher's chest with flexed feet and feet spread shoulder width apart again. The catcher releases the flyer's hands at peak and grabs the flyer's ankles for feet catch. The flyer can arch in the apron again for a small "force-out" then do the same sit up halfway up from bottom to go back to hands.
