Flying Trapeze

Halftime Legs to Hands

Beginner

Flyer takes off and hangs straight with flexed feet. Catcher catches feet under their arm pits and locks hands on back of the flyer's knees over their head. Flyer arches slightly in the apron. On the back swing with the catcher, flyer sits up quickly and presents their hands for the catcher as high as their feet as possible. Catcher releases the flyer's legs at the top of the swing and grabs their hands. Flyer lowers feet and works in hands with the catcher like normal after to either go to the net or return to the fly bar.
