How it’s done
From a swing, on the backend of the swing, the flyer pushes down on the bar as they lean forward to get their upper body on top of the bar. The flyer locks out their elbows to lock themselves on the bar. Halfway up from bottom on the front swing, the flyer bends their arms and legs to "pump" then pushes off the bar, straightening arms and legs to "shoot" and straighten out their body, staying tight, with arms in front of them to present for the catch. The flyer *must* look up towards the catch trap to be in a good catch position.
