How it’s done
An evolution of the Uprise Pump Shoot. From a swing, on the back end of the swing (board side), the flyer goes into an uprise by pushing down on the bar and leaning forward to lock the bar on their hips. Halfway up from bottom, the flyer bends their arms and legs for the "pump" then, just before peak, the flyer pushes off the bar for the "shoot". The flyer then tucks into a front flip and opens again to present for the catch.
