How it’s done
From a swing, the flyer sweeps slightly later than a normal swing on the forward swing and in the front of their swing, lets their legs go up a bit before driving their heels back slightly and releasing just before peak. The flyer stays straight and tight as their body rotates forward slowly and they put their arms in front of them to present for the catch.
