How it’s done
With a mixed grip, the flyer does a turnaround at the front of the swing. At the back of the swing (board side), the flyer brings their legs up into a whip/pike. Just before peak, the flyer opens to a planche first then immediately cat twists to present to the catcher. Open to planche and twist are two SEPARATE movements, don't try to do them at once or it won't work.
