Flying TrapezeRemountsReverseSwings

Regrip Remount

Intermediate20 views · 14 days

How it’s done

From a normal swing, on the backend of the swing, the flyer switches one of their hands to a reverse grip (grabbing with palm under the bar), the flyer turns around on the front of the swing, then remounts by planting their feet just past the edge of the board and rolling their body up, pushing their hips forward, until they can reach one of the sides of the board frame reaching across their body to grab the frame on the opposite side of their body from the arm they are grabbing with. This gives more room for the flyer to reach the frame. Keep rolling until standing.
