How it’s done
The flyer starts by doing a turnaround as if they are going for a half turn but, on the front side of the swing, they don't lean as far back as in a half turn and they generate the turn by separating their legs and closing them with the leg on the top toes facing the direction they want to turn. At the same time, the flyer pulls their arms close to their body to speed up the twist. After a full rotation and a half, the flyer puts their arms in front of them to present for the catch while separating their legs again to kill the twist.
