Double Tuck

Advanced23 views · 14 days

How it’s done

From a swing, the flyer goes into their set at the back of the swing after their seven just like a layout, as their toes touch the breakline (bottom), they flyer breaks and drives for a layout. At the top of the layout, rather than pushing their hips forward to stall out, the flyer tucks, grabbing their knees and pulling into a ball, to speed up their rotation and do an extra backflip before opening and presenting at the catch point.
