Duo TrapezeTrick & transition

Hands to Feet Tempo

Intermediate16 views · 14 days

How it’s done

From hanging in hands, the flyer does a tick tack and lifts their legs to behind the base's hands while flexing their feet. The base then throws the flyer's hands forward while grabbing the flyer's ankles. The flyer then rolls down in a controlled beat back with their upper body and, on the front swing, sits up to present their hands back to the base. The base throws the flyer's feet back as they re-grab the flyer's hands. The flyer controls the descent of their legs to keep the swing smooth.
