How it’s done
One of the beginner tempos. Gives the flyer and base some momentum for tricks but kills any swinging. The flyer uses only their abs and lower back/butt to swing very slightly back and forth. At the same time, when the flyer swings forwards, the base counters their swing by pushing forwards, as well. When the flyer swings backwards, the base separates their arms a bit for more mobility and pushes behind their head. This is intentionally a small movement and requires good timing and matching force between the base and flyer as well as on both sides of the swing or else it will create a wobble.
