How it’s done
From the takeoff, the flyer immediately pushes on the bar to engage their shoulders and pushes their hips back into a set, breaks as their feet pass bottom, and drive up into a handstand on the bar. At 11 o'clock in their rotation on the bar, the flyer pushes their hips forward to straighten their body and pulls back on the bar before releasing the bar to finish the layout.
