How it’s done
This one is simple but can be made dramatic. From a pullover, you are in front balance and can fall forward with your legs wide. Once you feel the ropes on the back of your knees, bend your knees to secure yourself in catcher's lock.

Safety notes
Make sure to not hook your knees too soon and keep your legs wide so your legs catch on the ropes. You can hold the bar when you first attempt this to make it easier/less scary.
