Dragonfly
How it’s done
You can get into dragonfly easily from sitting on the bar or from a crossback. From sitting, the aerialist brings one arm and shoulder behind the closest rope and grabs high. Then, the hold the bar with their other arm, lock out that arm's elbow to support their weight and push their hips off the front of the bar. The rope they're holding ends up going behind their lower back as they support themselves with their arm on the rope and the other arm holding the rope.
