One-Legged Money Roll

Start in split and fall forward to put your front knee on the bar (or you can start here to make it easier). Wrap your arms around the bottom of the elbows on the trapeze using the momentum of falling forward from the split or one at a time (your elbows under the bar, forearms on other side of ropes from your body). Use your bottom leg that's straight to roll around the bar until you're in horse or cradle on the top of the bar.
