Salto
Intermediate
From big swing, at bottom, the flyer pikes and drives their heels backwards and stays straight. Just before peak, the base flicks the flyer upwards. As the base releases the flyer (and when they're at a 45 degree angle with their feet above their head), the flyer tucks into a ball and presents their hands and the base catches them. As the base catches their wrists, the flyer should extend their legs out behind them and arch to allow the swing to continue.
