How it’s done
After an up and wrap or any other way the flyer gets to hanging from the ropes in front of the base, the base pushes on the flyer's hips then, as the flyer swings back towards the base, they straddle and let their legs swing on either side of the base's head and the base pushes their hips away again for the back swing. At the peak of the back swing, the flyer releases their hands from the ropes, stays tight, and presents their hands. As the flyer falls, the base catches the flyer's hands and pushes back on them to control the fall so they can enter a controlled big swing.
