How it’s done
There are a number of ways to enter front balance. From knees to bar or the flyer's legs wrapped around the base, the base can hold the flyer's hips and, when the flyer releases their legs, the base controls their balance and lets them down into the front balance slowly. Flyer just has to stay straight and tight. If you're low enough, the flyer can also just jump into a front balance a bit from the ground.
