Gazelle Spin

How it’s done

This one requires the base letting their shoulders twist, practicing timing, and using momentum to your advantage. Start in a straddle in arms, then the flyer hooks one knee over the base's same arm. The flyer holds the hand of the same base's arm as the base releases the other leg. This will start the rotation of the flyer. As the flyer spins to face the base again, re-grab on the open hand as the base helps push the bent knee leg on top of the other one so the flyer snaps into a meathook on the base's other arm. As the flyer spins around in meathook, they should lift their top leg so the base can catch their knee. Once the base has their knee, the flyer should bend their knee and grab the arm on their bent knee with both hands and then they're back in the beginning position of the spin. This can be done a few times in a row if you want.
