I really enjoyed my experience and meeting all of the instructors. One instructor who truly stood out to me was Z. He made me feel completely safe and calm the entire time. Even when he was below, he seemed to instinctively know how to work with my body and support me. His professionalism and awareness made the experience truly enjoyable.

This is one of the best experiences in NYC and also maybe of my life . I had so much fun and even learned how to do a catch. Sam, Megan, rianna, and emma were amazing . I cannot wait to return for another class it’s one of the coolest experiences I’m still thinking about it

I had a blast! We had total beginners trying things for the first time and having an awesome time, some more advanced flyers who were amazing to watch, and lots of intermediate people which made the whole class feel supportive, energizing, and really fun. The structure of class is super smooth: we start with stretching, then work on swing technique and tricks, and finish with about two rounds of catching. I felt like I got plenty of turns and a really personalized experience, even with the mix of levels. Everyone from the coaches to the other students is super kind and encouraging. Whether you’re brand new or already flying, this is an awesome place to train. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Great teachers, great place to try flying trapeze, although the view from the Manhattan location makes it even more awesome, in the summer season! One of my favorite classes though was in the Brooklyn tent, because one class of many that I’ve taken turned out to be small, and I got to try a fancy exercise from an experienced teacher that was so helpful!
