Trampoline
Trampoline is an acrobatic discipline in which artists use the rebound of a sprung bed to reach great heights and perform somersaults, twists, and combinations in the air. In the circus, trampolines are often built into the set, hidden in the stage, or combined with walls, platforms, and other apparatus.
It develops air awareness, timing, body tension, and control, since every landing sets up the next jump. Trampoline is used both as a performance discipline and as a training tool for learning flips and twists safely before taking them to other acrobatic disciplines.
