Backend Whip to Planche

Intermediate24 views · 14 daysAlso called Whip to Planche, Aussie Whip

How it’s done

Swing then go into a pike/whip in the back of the swing. Wait in the pike until halfway up from bottom on the front of the swing. At this point, snap into a planche. Make sure to drive your heels back as much as you raise your upper body to stay straight and parallel with the net. Release at peak for the catch.
