Two Position Whip
How it’s done
Hanging straight, the flyer lifts their legs at the front of the swing and places the balls of their feet on the bar between their hands. At the back of the swing, the flyer straightens their legs into a whip/pike position and waits. At peak at the front of the swing, the flyer releases with their hands and opens their upper body to present for catch leaving their legs in place.
