Standing on the Bar
How it’s done
Stand on top of the bar facing forward, holding a rope in each hand at about chest height. Better form is to place the bar under the balls of your feet with your feet together in the middle of the bar. Straighten your legs and stand up tall, keeping your weight centered between the ropes so the bar stays steady.
Before you begin
Sitting on the bar, and enough grip strength to hold your weight on the ropes.

Safety notes
Feet can slip off the bar, especially if it starts to swing, so keep a firm grip on the ropes and practice with the bar low and mats underneath.
